Forced CMG

 Nov 23, 2017 - CMG Solari "ITALY"

Forced circulation systems are not subject to restrictions on the mutual position between tank and collector. These systems can be used both for the production of domestic hot water and for integration in environment heating. Varying the surface of the solar field and the tank volume, it is possible to cover the needs of buildings of any size.

  • Utmost modularity and compatibility of installation;
  • Choice between flat selective collectors (vertical and horizontal at different angles), or U-pipe vacuum tubes with parabolic concentrator (CPC);
  • Automated management of the solar plant;
  • Included in the kit: tank, collector/s, support structure, differential temperature control unit, pump and security station with automatic loading and unloading and connection for the expansion tank, flow regulator, fittings and antifreeze liquid.
  • 5-year warranty on tank and collector/s, 2 years on the rest of the components.
 Working Principle

The forced circulation kit involves the use of a low pressure pump (circulation group or circulator) for the handling of the heat transfer fluid, so as to implement the heat transfer from the collector to the tank. A differential temperature control unit provides for activating and deactivating the circulation group, depending on the need and the amount of solar radiation available.
